Personal Training

Personal Training offers the client a one on one experience with just your goals in mind.  We will motivate our clients by setting realistic goals and provide feedback in areas where the client may struggle.

Who may need a personal trainer?  It could be the bride preparing for the big day, a sports player wanting to improve their sport or person just wanting to better their health.  Have a personal trainer doesn’t have to be about that big day or big event it’s about being motivated and being accountable for your training.

At Ki Training Center we have five personal trainers, all with different approaches in fitness but all with the same goal – your goal!   Training can be one on one or in groups of two.  Stop by and meet our trainers to begin your journey.
